While actively promoting agricultural planting technology, Mr. Zhan Maosheng is committed to market construction. Before 1993, Ruili was mainly engaged in foreign trade. Most of the people engaged in border trade were local people in Ruili, and the trade scale remained at a certain level. At that time, there was almost no professional market in Ruili, and it was not convenient for people to buy goods.
